August is fun in the sun and perfect beach and summer engagement weather. Harkness State Park in Waterford on the Connecticut Coast is one of my favorite engagement session locations in Connecticut because of the variety of micro locations in one place. There is the structure and buildings of Eolia Mansion as well as 3 major flower gardens, open fields, a boardwalk and beach. The photo shooting opportunities are endless. It was great to spend the time with Chabely and Michael, laughing, having fun and taking in the changing light from golden hour to sunset, blue hour and even the rise of the full Sturgeon moon over the Long Island Sound. What a great engagement session.
