ABBIE AND MIKE'S WEDDING

A wedding at Aria takes one to a timeless place of beauty.  The marble floors, stairs and vaulted ceilings, gardens and grounds with fountains and stunning views in all directions of the surrounding countryside add a sense of elegance and opulence to the wedding day.  Such as the case for the wedding of Abbie and Mike.  This mid-May wedding day graced us with blue skies, sunshine and mild temperatures perfect for their wedding day.

I showed up early to make sure to get lots of detail shots of the reception area and grounds.  The reception ballroom at Aria is so beautiful so it important to take the time to do this before guests arrive.  

The girls ran late on their getting ready shots so I used the time to take photos of the groom and his son and some of the groomsmen. On the wedding day time goes fast and it is important to use the time when you have it. 

The girls were ready just before the ceremony began so I went up to the bridal suite to get some quick shots of the bride and her mom and bridesmaids.  With the ceremony about to start, I went outside to capture the moments of their beautiful ceremony.  It was a very touching and emotional ceremony willed with laughter and tears.  The guys and girls looked so sharp in their navy blue suits and dresses.   

With the ceremony complete we took the time during the cocktail hour for portraits of the family and bridal party outside as well as photos of the bride and groom inside the entrance way and hall at Aria.  

We moved inside for their ceremony in Ballroom B.  It was a fantastic time as the day turned to night.   With darkness upon us we went outside for some really cool night photos!  

Back inside the party really began with music, dancing and a smoke machine!!

It was a fantastic wedding day.  Special thanks to Abbie and Mike and Aria for making it such a special day.
